Residents enrolled to vote in the Blayney Shire
Council Local Government Area are advised that Local Government Elections will
be held on Saturday 9 September 2017. Voting is compulsory.
What happens if I don't vote?

electors residing in the Blayney Shire Council local government area, who are
enrolled on the Commonwealth/State electoral roll, will be included on the roll
for the election. If you have moved to the Blayney Shire since the last
election, you will need to update your enrolment to vote in the election. (Note
- enrolments for the September 2017 Council election close 31 July 2017).

enrolment forms are also available from any Australia Post office.

residence, you (or a nominee) may be entitled to enrol as a non-residential
owner of rateable land.
