INDUSTRIAL LAND

Council has extensive reserves of serviced industrial land on the northern side of the town. The land has frontage to the Mid Western Highway and is in close proximity to the Blayney Intermodal Freight Terminal. The land being offered is fully serviced with water, natural gas, electricity and telephone with sites being connected to sewer.

The Department of Industry and Investment (I&I) has indicated that government support may be available towards the cost of enabling infrastructure (eg the supply of electricity, access, sewer connection, water access).
