Flood Management

The government agency responsible for response in the case of flooding is the SES, who should be contacted if there is any risk to life or property from flood waters.
Local Emergency Management (LEMO)

Council has appointed a Local Emergency Management Officer (LEMO) to co-ordinate its response to emergency events, in accordance with the State Emergency and Rescue Management Act - 1989.
