Community Strategic Plan
Blayney Shire Council is in the process of reviewing and updating the Community Strategic Plan (CSP). The CSP is a community document with priorities and aspirations for the future of the Shire covering a period of at least 10 years. The CSP is developed by the community, endorsed by Council and must address civic leadership, social environmental and economic issues. It forms an important reference point for State agencies preparing their plans and programs for our region. This document then feeds into our Delivery Program (completed every 4 years) and Operational Plan (completed every 12 months).
The Community Strategic Plan will be drafted by reviewing the previous Community Strategic Plan 2022 - 2032 (download here), the State of the Shire Report 2021 - 2024 (download here) and engagement with key stakeholders and the broader community through the online survey below.
