Community Directory
The Community Directory provides and on-line listing of community services, facilities and providers that serve the Blayney Shire. The Directory is maintained by the participating organisations.
Community Financial Assistance Program
Blayney Shire Council provides grants for local community organisations and businesses. This Program enables Council and the community to work together to help make Blayney Shire a great place to live in.
Community Strategic Plan
The Community Strategic Plan sits at the top of Council’s planning framework and influences all the activities that Council will undertake during the coming 10 years.
Development Coordinators
Council appoints Development Coordinators to source external grants and match funding guidelines to local projects for community organisations, volunteer groups, sporting, PA&H, Hall Trusts, cultural or charity clubs.
Blayney Library is located in Adelaide Street and is a service of Blayney Shire Council.

Town and Village Community Plans
Blayney Shire Council is preparing a new 10 year community strategic plan which will encompass individual town and village community plans.
