• Most of the time single lane access will be available, noting on some occasions residents may need to allow additional travel time up (maximum 10 minutes) during work times which predominantly are Monday to Friday 6:30am - 5pm.
• Vehicular access in some form to every residence will be maintained throughout the project.
• Pedestrian access along Richards Lane will also be limited and restricted during the works.
• The contractor will engage with landowners on Richards Lane if their driveway access is to be directly impacted by works, including coordination of temporary access arrangements if needed. Residents are encouraged to register their direct contact details here. 
• If residents of Richards Lane or Springvale Lane have any specific access needs including large deliveries during the project, this can be accommodated, Council will need 48-hours’ notice to engage with the contractor.
