Council will, as required, hold the Public Forum at 5:30pm on the day of the Council Ordinary and Extraordinary Meetings.

To speak at a public forum, a person must first make an application to Council in the approved Public Speaker Request Form below. A member of the public can participate in a Public Forum on behalf of a group of residents or on any issue to be considered by Council. Applicants must submit the form by 5pm, the business day prior to the Council Meeting. 

Each speaker will be allowed 5 minutes to address the Council. Persons speaking may use appropriate materials or documents to support their position, but may not table documents to be actioned.
