Occupation Certificate Application

Council requires that you have lodged an Occupation Certificate (OC) application on the Planning Portal with the below documents attached to the OC application prior to being able to book a final/ OC inspection.

The documents required to be attached to the OC application are as follows;

• Smoke alarm certification
• Glazing certificate for windows and shower screens
• Basix compliance certification
• Drainage diagram and Certificate of Compliance from a licensed plumber
