WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
In this course you will learn:
• How to use hygiene practices for food safety in all hospitality situations.
• How to apply knowledge gained in a practical scenario.
CERTIFICATION
On successful completion, you will receive a Statement of Attainment in:
• SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety.
THE FINE PRINT
Enclosed shoes and long pants must be worn. Hair should be tied back neatly and jewellery removed. Participation of the entire day of training is required.
BOOKINGS
The sessions for over 18s are free of charge, there may be a fee for Under 18s as Blayney A&P Association have some grant funding.
