The Blayney Golf Club is situated just south of Blayney on the Mid Western Highway. The course features sloping Bent grass greens, tight fairways and tricky Par 3's. One of the best kept nine hole courses in NSW, Blayney Golf Club is a challenge for every type of golfer.

Carcoar & District Pony Club is a childrens horse group run under Pony Club NSW. The club meets monthly at Blayney Showgrounds and members are able to also participate in pony club events throughout the region. Central West Dressage Group Inc. (CWDG)

The CWDG pride themselves as being one of the oldest established dressage clubs in NSW with a long history, in 2014 the club celebrated its 50 Year Anniversary. The club runs Official & Non-Competitive events around 8-10 times each year, in addition to training days and welcome visiting riders and new members. The club predominately services dressage enthusiasts from the Bathurst, Orange, Blayney & Cowra areas, however we welcome travellers to all our events.

Dressage competitions, clinics and training days are generally held at the Blayney Showground on the 3rd Sunday of each month, check the website for details.

Millthorpe Bowling Club

Club Millthorpe is Blayney Shire's only Bowling Club.  They have a fully licensed bar and function hall.  They hold Pennants and other lawn bowls tournaments and social bowls and run social events for the Millthorpe community including social club Market Nights, Open Mic nights, Book Discussion Group, Club Choir, Trivia Nights, live music & karaoke nights.  Club Millthorpe is family friendly and our function hall can be hired for private functions. The Club is always on the look out for volunteers to help run our bar (must have current RSA) and to help with maintenance work including garden & trades.

The vibrant Millthorpe Junior Soccer Club is part of the FNSW - Orange & District Football Association Inc and caters to players turning 5 and up.
Meeting/Training/Event Details (How Often/When/Where) The winter season commences around April/May each year and concludes by the end of September. Games are played on Saturday mornings at ovals between Blayney, Millthorpe and Jack Brabham Park and Waratahs in Orange. There are no games for U5-11 during school holidays and limited games for U12-16 that may be played on the first weekend of the school holidays.

Training is conducted at Redmond oval on weekdays that will be confirmed after teams are formed.

sailability 

Sailability Central West

Sailability Central West is a not-for-profit volunteer-based branch of Sailability NSW and embraces recreational, therapeutic, and competitive activities. Sailing is one of very few sports in which able-bodied and disabled sailors participate on equal terms. Sailability Central West operates with the support of Carcoar Dam Sailing Club. This has proved to be a very successful venue with a lot of interest and support for their activities. The fleet of uniquely designed one and two-seater yachts are a safe, stable, and easy to sail craft that can’t tip over and can be used by people of all ages and ability. Sailability Central West's recreational program helps enable residents of the Central West region to develop skills and experience the independence and exhilaration of sailing – with us, they develop friendships and build self-confidence and pride through their achievements in a safe and secure environment.
