Millthorpe CBD Master Plan Community Consultation

In 2021, community engagement was conducted to complete a Master Plan for the Millthorpe CBD, it was then endorsed by Council in 2022.

Blayney Shire Council currently has grant funding to complete a detailed design for the Millthorpe CBD MasterPlan and commence construction on Stage 1. Following community consultation, the final plans and costings will influence how much of Stage 1 can be completed with this funding allocation.

Blayney Shire Council has completed initial consultation with the landowners/business owners at the Victoria/Pym/Montgomery Street Intersection and is now looking to engage with the broader Millthorpe community.

The detailed proposed plans can be downloaded here, the survey link below has screenshots from the plans and descriptions for different aspects of the design. Council would appreciate your feedback to be provided on the following aspects:

• Pedestrian Ramps / Islands
• Parking
• Footpath Renewal
• Montgomery Street Upgrades
• Streetscapes / Beautification
